Solutions Brief Therapy and Counselling Centre – Ruse assists Estonian and Greek students from CODE training courses

Last week Solutions took part in the online sessions, part of CODE trainings organized by Tartu Art School, Estonia and FPC Ltd through its subcontractor in Greece – APOPSI SA.

Experts from Solutions explained to the trainees the basic idea of ​​therevolutionary QUQu approach / Asking useful questions /. It is that individuals can be highly motivated to learn and solve problems by asking good questions. By practicing step-by-step their Thinking, Asking Questions, Getting Answers, Doing, Observing and Evaluating the results can go beyond the Project – the user could progress in its personal development by improving its language skills and ability fortakingdecisions.

Theypresented the motivational platformwhich has been developed especially for the needs of CODE project, with the possibility to be used after its completion in broad training aspects. Participants in CODE courses, as well as everyone else, are invited to use the platform and also to apply what they have learned not only in project activities, but also in their daily life.

The expertsfrom Solutions are available for online and offline individual consultations. Each user can receive feedback on what has been done so far from both psychologists and other users, as well as receive practical guidance on itsfuture self-improvement.

The project CODE benefits from a 2 300 000 €grant from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.

The aim of the project CODE is to provide opportunities for quality employment to vulnerable young people in poverty risk.
