Participants work in teams, starting from a specific innovative challenge, to develop ideas as potential solutions to an initial problem. The workshop is thought as an introductory step for the next project activities and allows young people to test and practice some transversal skills such as the spirit of innovation, teamwork, initiative and public speaking.
