What is the profile of unemployed youth?

The majority of the young people in our area, who are unemployed, are between the age of 19 to 35 and the numbers are shared between University and Secondary Education graduates.

What are the main barriers of young people to get a job?

Luck of professional qualifications, luck of vocational education, living in distant communities and luck of a transportation means.

How can young people get access to jobs?

From Job advertisements in newspapers, internet, social media, our Organisation OAED, their social circle and friends and family.

How can different actors cooperate to make it possible?

There is already a connection between the social services and the different stakeholders and services that welcome unemployed people. Already, it is compulsory to reference unemployed in the Community Centers and receive personalized support by the designated Job consultant. Due to this fact we have much better results because of the individualized approach.
